Submission Requirements

Please review the following set of questions so you'll be ready with the necessary details for each of your entries when you complete the entry form.

Who is the contact for the entry submission?

Provide us with the name of an individual at your organization (primary contact) who will receive correspondence about the entry submission. You may choose to provide the primary contact's details just once if you plan to submit multiple entries. See the first question ("Is This Your First Entry?") on the entry form.

What is the name of the entry submission?

Provide us with the name of your entry as you would like it to be referred to in a list of winners and on an award certificate should the entry receive an award.

Who should receive credit?

Provide the organization name and/or individual that should receive credit for the material if it receives an award. You may list multiple credits up to 255 characters. The text you provide in the credits field will be exactly what we use on an award certificate, social media acknowledgement, and in the winners booklet.

In which format will you provide the entry submission?

DANDA Awards honors design and aesthetics in both digital and physical / print formats, however, all entries must be provided in digital format.

Provide a direct link (URL) to your entry, or choose to upload a PDF of your entry on the entry form. If you choose to provide a URL, the link must be active during the Season 2 judging period — November 1-22, 2024

All physical / print format entries should be provided as a PDF file during the submission process. On the entry form, you may choose to upload your entry as a PDF file, or you may choose to provide a direct link (URL) to your entry PDF.

Be sure to have your PDF ready to upload or a direct link (URL) ready to provide when completing the entry form.

What is the appropriate category for the entry submission?

Choose a single category for your entry from our extensive list of digital media or physical / print media categories. The same piece may be submitted in multiple categories, but you will need to complete a separate entry form for each.

Category selections are for a single piece only, unless the category indicates that a series selection is available.

Are there any special requirements for your entry?

Special requirements will apply for a few of our entry categories. Review our special requirements page if your entry category is mobile application, podcast / audio production, video production, or one of our series categories.

You will also need to review the special requirements page if your entry requires special access codes (username and password) in order for our judges to review your entry, or if your entry requires special instructions that need to be passed on to our judges.

Who is the target audience for your entry?

Let us know who the target audience is for your entry — consumers, professionals or both. If your submission is for healthcare consumers, choose the target age range(s), such as all ages, adolescents / teens, all adults, etc.

What is the size of the organization that will be credited for the entry?

Let us know the size of the organization that is credited for the entry — individual, 2-99 employees, 100-999 employees, 1,000+ employees.
