Special Requirements for Mobile Application Entries

If your mobile app is free to download, please provide the URL (direct link) to your app on the Apple App Store and/or the Google Play store.

If your app requires payment to download or to use certain features, please choose the "I'll upload my entry as a PDF" option under "Select Your Entry Format" on the entry form. Your PDF should include screenshots of the main features of your mobile app so our judges can get a sense of the overall design and aesthetics of the app.

Special Requirements for Podcast / Audio Production and Video Production categories

If your submission is in the Podcast / Audio Production category or the Video Production category, you'll be asked to provide a range for the length of the entry. There are additional fees for longer lengths, but runtimes less than 10 minutes will not incur an additional fee. 

Special Requirements for Series Entries

We allow series entries for a few of our entry categories, however, additional fees will apply based on the number of pieces in your series.

If you opt to submit a series entry in one of our digital media categories, please choose the "I'll upload my entry as a PDF" option under the "Select Your Entry Format" section of the entry form. Your PDF should list a direct link (URL) to each piece in your series so that our judges can easily link to each piece.

Special Requirements if Access Codes are Required to View Your Entry

If you plan to provide a direct link (URL) to your entry and special access codes such as username and password are required, you will need to provide those codes in the appropriate section on the entry form. See the entry form question "Does your entry URL require special access codes?" Select "Yes" to provide the appropriate codes.

Our judges will not sign-up or create an account to review an entry, so please make sure to provide access codes if appropriate.

Special Requirements for Entries that Require Additional Instructions for Accessing Your Entry

If you need to provide additional instructions in order for our judges to access your entry, please answer "Yes" to the question "Do our judges need any special instructions to access your entry?" on the entry form. You will then be able to upload a PDF containing your brief instructions.
